A Popular Chocolate Along With Flowers

Posted on: August 18, 2011

A bouquet of flowers is one of the most popular gift in times of special events such as in wedding anniversaries and Valentine's Day. It is also a popular gift given when a man would profess his love to a woman. However, other than a bouquet of flowers, giving chocolates have also been a popular practice.
The practice of giving a bouquet of flowers along with a box of chocolate came from the old practices of giving confectionery in Valentine's Day. And because flowers are the main highlight of the event, men have come to use these two gifts together when giving it to the woman they desire. Eventually, the practice is then adopted when a man would profess his love to a woman in which a man would usually give the woman a bouquet of flowers as well as a box of chocolates.
Because of the popularity of its practice, many chocolate brands became popular particularly for this practice. One of them is the Ferrero Rocher chocolates which has become a very popular brand of chocolate across the world, particularly in the Philippines in which many Filipinos have come to give in events such as Valentine's Day. So what arethe Ferrero Rocher chocolates?

Today, however, the variety of chocolates have expanded.
Other than the Ferrero Rocher, the brand have also expanded to Ferrero Rondnoir (a 'pearl' of dark chocolate) and the  Ferrero Raffaello (a half almond, surrounded by meringue and milk cream).
The Ferrero Garden is also a popular expansion by the brand of chocolates.
